How can I pay for my item(s)?

Transactions can be made securely online through PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, and Afterpay.

I have changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled for a full refund if it has not been processed for shipping. Please email me immediately if you wish to cancel your order > rachillustrates@gmail.com.

I'm trying to checkout but it says I need to spend €15?

There is a minimum order spend of €15 in store. This was introduced as an eco-policy because I was conscious of the packaging materials being used for single greeting card orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship to a select number of countries worldwide.* During checkout, you will find your shipping country in the dropdown menu in the ‘shipping address’ box. Select your country to change the shipping destination. If you do not see your country listed, please check the 'registered shipping' option. If it's not listed there, unfortunately I do not post to your country. Alternatively you can check my stockists to see if they will post to your country.

*If you’re based in Northern Ireland, please choose the ‘Island of Ireland’ shipping option and enter ‘Ireland’ as the country. An Post charge a cheaper postal rate for the island of Ireland.

Where do you ship from and how much does postage cost?

I ship orders from Dublin, the Republic of Ireland, with An Post every Monday and Thursday (Bank Holiday Mondays will see me shipping the following day). Shipping costs vary, and so, they are available to view during checkout. The postage cost includes a small charge for packaging materials. Please note that any customs charges/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Which shipping option should I choose?

I post with either standard or registered post. Standard post cannot be tracked or traced. Registered post is trackable and needs to be signed-for on delivery. Your tracking number is included within your shipping notification email. Please monitor it regularly online using the tracking feature on your national postal service website. If no one is home during delivery, your item should be kept in your local post office for collection. Kindly check with your local post office as soon as possible after receiving a notice of attempted delivery. Returned items will be posted again at the customers expense.

When will my order arrive?

I ship items every Monday and Thursday depending on disruptions. Delivery times can vary according to location, please allow adequate time and consider scenarios such as holidays, bad weather, and processing disruptions within your country. The island of Ireland usually takes 1-2 working days. The rest of the world can take between 4-20 working days or slightly longer if customs clearance takes more time than usual. I do my best to post orders as quickly as possible, and once out of my hands, any delay in its journey is out of my control.

My order was not delivered or is damaged beyond use, what should I do?

Kindly contact me within 30 working days of your shipping notification if your item has not been delivered. It is important to make contact with me within this period and no later, as it allows me the opportunity to fill out a missing report with the postal provider. If your items are damaged during transit by the postal provider, please fill-out a damage report with them to receive compensation. I do not accept responsibility for damaged items, however I will help with an official investigation. Please ensure your delivery address is a trusted location for the safe delivery of items. Refunds or replacements do not extend to shipping issues that are out of my control (providing an incorrect or incomplete address; unclaimed orders; processing delays; or the customers failure to contact me within 30 days of shipment.) Shipping costs are not subject to a refund as they have been paid to the postal provider.

Can I return and exchange my order for something else?

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase so please let me know if there is any way I can help you.

I ordered several prints, Are they sent separately?

All items arrive in one envelope. If multiples of prints are ordered at the same time, I will package them all in the one sleeve in order to reduce my use of packaging materials.

Do you offer gift wrap?

Yes I do. All orders are gift-wrapped free of charge. Prints and notepads are gift wrapped in beautifully illustrated tissue paper. Greeting cards are packed in a nostalgic paper gift bag. All orders are packaged with a complimentary illustrated ‘thank you’ postcard.

can you write a gift message / send direct to the recipient?

Yes indeed. During checkout you will find an information box for your gift message, and you can also enter any instructions you wish me to follow. I can write the message on my complimentary postcard, or inside a purchased greeting card(s). If sending direct, please make sure their name and address is entered into the ‘shipping to’ box.

Please note, due to individual monitor screen settings, colours on screen may differ slightly to those that are printed on paper. Frames are not included with purchases.
